Why should I pre-book?

When you pre-book your parking place with us you can be sure that your trip will get off to the best possible start. Your place is guaranteed so you can plan to arrive with us 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens knowing that you will not have to start searching for a car park with a free space. Please note that we need 48 hours notice for Express Parking bookings.

How do I know I am getting a good deal?

We keep a close watch on the prices at the airport car parks to ensure we are always competitive.

How far in advance should I book?

It is recommended that you reserve your parking space as early as possible when you have confirmation of your travel dates. This ensures you have a space with us and guarantees the price at the time of booking.

How do I pay for my reservation?

Telephone bookings are paid on arrival at the car park, by cash or card. Internet reservations are paid online at the time of booking using our highly secure card payment system.

What is your pricing policy?

We like to be very competitive with our rates, so prices can change frequently. Any quote is only valid at the time it is made. Parking is charged per day, or part thereof, however if your flight is delayed past midnight we won’t charge you for the first 7 hours.

  1. The price you are quoted includes your transport to and from the airport (if required) and VAT at the current rate.
  2. Parking is charged per day but we do not charge extra if your return flight is delayed past midnight by up to 7 hours.
  3. Our prices change frequently to keep them competitive so please get an up to date quote using the Instant Quote facility on the homepage, or use the booking page.
  4. If our prices change during your booking period, your charge will be calculated using the price list in force on the first day of your booking.
What is the express transfer service?

Our Express Personal Transfer service guarantees immediate transportation to or from Glasgow Airport, for you and your party only, in one of our new VW people carriers.

Why is a week 8 days and a fortnight 15?

Car parking is charged per day rather than per night as hotels and tour operators charge. Your holiday might be 7 nights for example Monday to Monday, that means 8 days parking.

What is the procedure on arrival at the car park?

On arrival at the car park please park your car in a space at customer parking next to the reception, then come and check in. You will then be transferred by minibus over to the terminal. The buses run 24/7 and the journey time is 6 minutes.

What does a full car valet include?

Our full valet service includes: vehicle washed and waxed, hoover interior, shampoo seats, door panels cream cleaned, moisture applied, windows and mirrors polished inside and out, ashtrays emptied and litter removed, dashboard cleaned and dressed, fully dressed and cleaned alloy wheels, polish door sills and area around door checks, jet wash wheel arches, dress all exterior plastics, air fresheners applied. A full luxury valet experience!

What does a mini valet include?

Our mini valet service includes: vehicle washed and waxed, ashtrays emptied, litter removed, seats/carpets and floor mats hoovered, dashboard cleaned and dressed, windows and mirrors polished inside and out, tyres dressed, air fresheners applied. A little taste of a full luxury valet experience, for a fraction of the price.

What happens when I return?

When you return and have collected your luggage, please call from one of the free telephones provided by the airport in the baggage hall or at the terminal exits. We will let you know where the bus is and you can head to the pick-up point B2, it is the same place you would have been dropped off.

Will my car be removed from the car park?

No, we do not take cars outwith the car park.

Do I need to leave my keys?

Yes, for insurance purposes we must keep all vehicle keys whilst the vehicle is kept in the car park.

Will my car be covered by your insurance?

Cars parked with us are insured against damage caused by our staff. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.

What security do you have?

In addition to being fully manned 24 hours a day, the car park is fully covered by CCTV cameras and enclosed by security fencing and controlled entry/exit barriers.

Are there any vehicle restrictions?

There is no height restriction. Vehicles which are long wheel base or do not fit in a regular parking space are liable to a £5.00 surcharge, payable on check in at the car park.

How do I amend or cancel my reservation?

If you wish to amend or cancel your reservation please call the reception to discuss on 0141 848 6033.

How do I get to/from the Airport?

We provide an express coach service that will whisk you to the airport in approximately five minutes. On your return, please call us on the freephone in the baggage hall. The coach will then return you to the carpark.

Car Won't Start or Flat Tyre?

If your car won't start on your return, or you find you have a flat tyre, there will always be a member of staff on hand to give you a jump-start or blow up the tyre - free of charge!

Is your carpark fully manned?

Yes! We have staff on the premises 24 hours a day, every day.

How long does it take to get to Glasgow Airport?

As we are conveniently located nearby Glasgow Airport, our courtesy shuttle transfers take only 5 minutes.
